Watch strap links can be removed to adjust size. Unfortunately, the manufacturer does not include any instructions. There are no instructions on Kate Spade's website either. On many sites I was offered to go to a jewelry store. NOT NECESSARY! Easy to set up WITHOUT TOOLS! (Again, a simple paste, comments on the box, or even a picture of it would have saved me over 1 hour of trying, googling, etc. The secret to setting it up is this: flip the bracelet over (much easier if it's not attached to the watch) A loop is visible on the back of the first 4 links on each side of the clasp.Turn the bracelet onto its front, tilt the loop upwards so you can open the loop with your fingernail.
