I bought this because of the good reviews and Fakespot gave it a good review too. It turns on and goes from -52G to -80, then jumps somewhere between -72 or so and -81. Nothing changes when I put something on the scale. When I press the unit button, 2000G flashes. Pressing the Z/T break button will clear the display but will not recalibrate with or without a weight. seems to be a general rebrand) but none of the buttons work properly. I explain that the support team answered me very quickly, but they want me to upload videos that cannot exceed 15MB (laughs) or upload them to a file service and set them to be shared - and if I had to return via Amazon , I would have to do that myself and ship it to UPS so I can't even do a simple return. All this is not worth the effort for a scale in this price range. I'll just throw it away and buy something else. *Update - I replied to their support and told them that this tiered pricing isn't worth the hassle of recording and uploading videos or repackaging everything and sending it to the store. UPS store and messing around with the return process, they just sent me a replacement which works great. I didn't even have to calibrate it.
