I recently bought a 2022 Honda Civic hatchback, first new car; factory new, the first driver's cars except for the factory workers and the dealer - there aren't even two-digit numbers on the odometer. I purchased the key fob cover without doing enough research or attention. From the picture it looks like there is enough hole for a key ring, maybe a 2019 CR-V. On the '22 Civic Hatchback, the key fob is different but the same size. The hole can be 5mm wide and 1.5mm high, big enough for the tape to fit through. I guess I'll have to find a strap that fits. There are other risks associated with this idea. I'm afraid the case will crack from stress if it's pulled or the strap loosens or loosens.
