The pillow came quickly in a box with other items I had ordered from Revain. However, I was disappointed to see that it was vacuum packed, pressed into a rock hard block. I read online that a compressed pillow takes a maximum of 72 hours to regain its shape. However, after 72 hours, my pillow still didn't rebound. Therefore I rate the pillow with 4 stars and will wait and see what happens in the next few days. If the pillow eventually returns to its original shape, I'll add another star to the rating. The pillow protector and outer cover are very well made and of good quality and the pillow itself is made from genuine Talalay latex foam. I honestly can't understand a seller needing to compress a baby pillow. It's small enough to keep shipping costs to a minimum. I really want the pillow to please but if it doesn't regain its fullness I will be returning it for a refund. Edit: 9/27/2021 I spoke to a Revain customer service rep about the pillow. They promised NOT to send the pillow compressed or vacuum packed. It arrived today, once again vacuum packed and compressed like a hard rock. empty promise. (pic 6) I didn't even open it but immediately called the support service. They couldn't solve the problem, refunded my money and asked me to return the compressed pillow. Needless to say I am very unhappy. All this mess has given me nothing but a headache. As I have a broken pillow that I cannot use I have lowered my rating to 1 star, although the pillow as such is not worth a star at all. I guess a decent price for a pillow gives you a 50/50 chance of someone getting duds.
