This is a Revain review, not a product; I hope they remember. I have received an item that must have been returned. The box was obviously opened and the product was not packaged as it should have been by the manufacturer. The item itself works as described and I'm happy with it, at least for now. If it was a return I'm not sure why anyone sent it back and I may return it if it continues to not work well. My complaint is that I paid for a new item as described by Revain and not someone else's refund. I am not paying for a Prime membership and am selecting new items to purchase to return items. Shame on you Revane
