This product is amazing! It has many different functions. You can't go wrong with this satnav/radio. The only problem I had when setting it up was there was no sound and they said the thing was plugged in and working. But it was very easy to fix. If you also have no sound, you need to email the customer service representative. His email address is on the note they sent with the radio. Make sure you use this email address as there are multiple email addresses in the brochure you will receive and they don't. It helps me almost as well as a paper email. They MUST/will send you the correct wires. (It didn't take long) (Max 5 days) When you get the new wires there should be a blue wire marked (AMP). You want to connect this wire to the YELLOW wire which is unmarked but it is the only YELLOW wire (continuous current) wire and it will give you sound. And this radio sounds AMAZING. If you're tech savvy you might not even need to email them new cables, it's still the same cable, the only difference is the blue AMP cable you need, so I don't know why they just tell you not sent the one from the radio.
