Working with Brandwide through the transition process was very user friendly. They are quick to answer phone calls/emails throughout the year (they even set up meetings if needed), and they are efficient. All things to point out were good. It's hard to find negatives at this time, other than if I didn't like something about them, I would prefer I knew about that before hand instead of it all being revealed after the fact. Don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or concerns, everyone should try to make this work - there are only benefits to doing so! The main issue this year has been getting my website upgraded, but Brandwide stepped in every step of the way to ensure everything gets done on time. I like how easy it was for me to learn all about this product! The customer service has been great too!! It's so nice knowing you can get anything done right away when needed! There isn't much at this point to dislike as far as I know but there really shouldn't be any problems with this software either. If used correctly, this program could very well save your business time and money by allowing things to run more smoothly than before.
