Working with Brandwide through the transition process was very user friendly. They are quick to answer phone calls/emails throughout the year (they even set up meetings if needed), and they are efficient. All things to point out were good. It's hard to find negatives at this time, other than if I didn't like something about them, I would prefer I knew about that before hand instead of it all being revealed after the fact.
