So I bought an "EL" oven, I really liked it but to be perfect it needed this smart useful thermometer / with a probe as I can't read minds and fewer have psychic abilities. First I tried chicken to find out. On to Steak, where temperature is king of a perfectly cooked steak. I am very satisfied with the purchase of the Yakaon kitchen thermometer.
