The goods were sent on time. I didn't know it was exactly as described in the picture. The thermometer works great, for example they suggested a temperature for smoking meat.

Not exactly sure about accuracy, but it should be pretty good. We've been cooking roasts, didn't want the internal temp to go above 130F because they tend to get tough at higher temperatures. The roast came out moist and tender.

So I bought an "EL" oven, I really liked it but to be perfect it needed this smart useful thermometer / with a probe as I can't read minds and fewer have psychic abilities. First I tried chicken to find out. On to Steak, where temperature is king of a perfectly cooked steak. I am very satisfied with the purchase of the Yakaon kitchen thermometer.

I have a meat thermometer that I like but wanted it with a wired probe. So far I think this thermometer is fantastic. I haven't worked with it much yet, but I've used it for multiple purposes so far and it's worked very well.
