I bake/cook a lot, both home and commercial so I've used a lot of weights but these are fantastic. Why am I saying this? Advantages: 1. Very accurate.2. Simple blue backlight.3. A touch to go from an ounce. to grams to pounds to kilograms to even weight of liquids.4. The amazing thing is that you can get the volume by weighing the two most commonly used liquids, water and milk. (You can watch a video where I measure about 200ml of water on the scale. It showed 201ml so that's right.) I tried milk and it was just as accurate. The surface is easy to wipe even if it gets wet or food gets on it.6. Rechargeable, so batteries are no longer needed.7. I like the flat surface, unlike my other basket scales. I always do mise en scène, so I measure out all my ingredients in different cups instead of just taring them each time so I can put something on that surface to measure. 8. Can weigh from 0.1 ounce to 33 pounds. That's impressive for Libra.9. The backlight turns off after a few seconds to save battery power. Cons: 1. I can't remember any, but I've just started using it, so I can't comment on its durability. It looks well built though. I love these scales. So easy to use!
