Misleading Customer Service

I am so disappointed, this company/seller seemed so dedicated to taking care of all issues, my watch would not charge and after over a dozen attempts to exchange I was completely ignored. They sent me troubleshooting steps and I've tried each of them with no success. They asked me to take a picture. Don't know how to capture it in a photo, but I sent photos. Never heard an answer.
