False Advertising of Rescue Collars and Cones
I ordered these as I was specifically looking for a waterproof collar. I've had issues with collars getting wet when my cat drinks and then when she goes to the litter box the litter sticks to it. After I put one of these on her and she went out for a drink, it got wet! This is a kind of felt, NOT waterproof and not resistant. We will come back in any case
