Fragile material that offers very little cushioning when wrapped around the arm. The biggest problem with this strap design is that the strap will pinch the skin as it is passed through the adjustment hole. I couldn't find the balance between loose enough to be comfortable and tight enough not to fall over without pinching the skin around my biceps. I didn't even get through before having to take it off and carry it around for the rest of the workout. The key pocket is large enough for a car remote control, but no more. There are no reinforcement stitching around the key slot so I would expect it to break with any actual use. Product returned from Revain, skip this and find something else.
