Not good quality. Cleaning and repairing

The bottom ring that holds the unit together fell right out of the box. Not too impressed with the quality. It says the light stays on until it's fully charged, but when I plug it in the light comes on then immediately goes off; Can't imagine it fully charged considering it's been in the box for who knows how long. Also, the performance it delivers is not impressive at all. It costs no more than $29. it's coming back
