Review on Sunlit by Glen Elevyn

My most recent experience with Sunlit, an online business that sells home and kitchen, bath, and bathroom accessories, was pretty disheartening to say the least. Despite the fact that their website is simple to access and the purchase procedure was uncomplicated, the quality of their products was not up to par with what I had anticipated. I placed an order with Sunlit for some bathroom accessories; however, the products I received were of poor quality and broke after only a few usage. I was dissatisfied with the general quality of the product, as well as the fact that it did not live up to the durability claims made about it. When I called their customer service department to voice my complaints, I discovered that the representatives were unresponsive and unable to offer any assistance. In addition to the low quality of their items and the unsatisfactory level of customer service that they provide, I noticed that Sunlit's prices were excessively exorbitant in comparison to the quality of the products that they had available. My interactions with Sunlit were, on the whole, negative, and I would not suggest the company to anyone who is interested in purchasing high-quality home and kitchen, bath, and bathroom accessories.
