I bought a red and black heart-shaped necklace. When it arrived the box was twisted and the extension chain was knotted tightly under the display. The image of a red heart is deceptive. It's not as bright, just a bit chunkier/bigger than expected. However, I decided I still liked it enough to keep it rather than return it. After working and working to get it loose, I eventually had to cut the chain to remove the pendant, rendering the chain unusable. I had a black leather strap that I attached to a heart charm and I really like that better. It's still a pretty pendant at a reasonable price and I'll definitely be wearing it.
