I bought this cooler for my husband's birthday. He wanted a metal cooler and when I saw this one with a diamond plate I knew I had found a cooler for him. I am very satisfied with the cool box, it is powerful and keeps the cold for a long time. The only thing that disappointed me was the delivery. When I received and opened it, it was unwrapped and had a very serious scratch. I also think it was dropped at some point due to the cover being pinched and not sitting flush with the bottom of the radiator. I didn't send it back because we use it in the back of our Side by Side and I knew it would eventually get scratched and my husband straightened the lid and flushed again. Another problem I see is that the latch is not tight. It almost feels like the cooler isn't closing completely, but it is. I want the latch to be snug. Aside from the issues encountered during shipping, he loves this cooler. I wish it was in perfect condition when we received it. For the price it should have been. The shipping method is the only real issue with this cooler. It's also a hit with my husband and all his friends.
