Love the 12mm knob. Through trial and error, the wiring worked as intended. The button backlights aren't too bright, which I really like, as some of the switches have insanely bright backlights that are annoying. I bought these 12mm knobs and 16mm knobs and found the 12mm knobs to be easier to use. Although the button is small, the surface to be pressed is high enough above the edge of the button to make it easy to press. The 16mm button was shallower and actually sat under the perimeter when pressed, making it harder to press again.
