Great spiralizer but may be unsafe

I really enjoyed using this spiralizer as my zucchini noodles came out so perfect except for cutting my thumb on the protruding blade! I need time for my thumb tip to fully heal. Unfortunately, until the manufacturer reconfigures this model to better conceal the blade, I cannot recommend it and have subsequently returned this item.
