This is a PA speaker, not a HiFi speaker. The built-in 90V transformer simplifies use as it only requires smaller gauge wires that can be run over long distances. When using the built-in 90-volt transformer, however, the sound reproduction at low frequencies is lacking. It assembles easily, although the shape is a bit unconventional for a typical room with square lines, corners, etc. The spring-loaded speaker terminals are okay, but they're not overly dangling from the cable. Overall good for the purchase price I paid.
