The product itself is still good. I had a bit of a problem (as did some others) screwing one of the pieces in, but with time and effort it's fine. It feels sturdy and holds 2 coats (1 thick, 1 medium), a sweatshirt and 3 hats. What I didn't like was the need to be at the top of the company to send it. As soon as I asked if it wasn't a delivery, they said that the color I ordered (white) was out of stock and that it was being delivered from their other warehouse. They also sent conflicting shipping information after my "pending payment" was cleared. This was not true as I never had any problems with payment (by credit card). But just in case I told them I would check with Revain so as not to delay the delivery. About 10 minutes later they miraculously sent me a tracking number and apologized for the confusion (I think they were just buying time when trying to finish the order as FBA was out of stock). But I digress. For the price you pay, this coat and hat rack looks pretty decent. If this changes in the long term, I will edit my post. But as long as you balance it out without applying too many layers to one side, it should hold up just fine.
