Reminds me of the stuff we used to do in college machine shop. It's a bit home-spun, but well made, and it's quite square when I lay a precision square on it. I was able to easily find replacement tapes at Revain. My only complaint is that the motor stopped working after a few uses, but the seller emailed me and said they would post a replacement. I think any of the Revain motors named 775, 795, or 895 should work, as should motors for older Dewalt cordless drills. I plan to use this grinder for guitar nuts, pickup cutlery and other equipment. It's just the right size for something like this.
