Good value for money. suitable for sports nutrition

This product will help you with headaches and is great to have on hand when you're working in the heat. However, my stomach hurts. Small packs of Pedialyte or Liquid IV don't bother my stomach at all. Not sure if it's something with that brand or minerals.
