Wonderful sensor! I can only assume that all Max Tow products are as well constructed as this oil pressure gauge. This is a complete installation including pre-wired harnesses. The connectors are secure yet small enough to fit through the firewall grommet without cutting the wiring harness. I installed this in a Jeep TJ and it fit perfectly. However, the tourniquet was "long enough" to fit. On the Jeep, the oil pressure sensor was mounted on the passenger side of the engine, the fire protection socket on the driver's side. I installed the sensor in the center console in front of the shifter and the wiring was fine. If it is to be installed in a full size truck where the wiring harness needs to run from side to side, it may be too short and will need to be spliced. The display is bright and evenly lit, the digital display is easy to read, the analog and digital displays are consistent across the full scale, and the dimming function is ideal for night vision. One thing is not worth mentioning in my opinion. the transmitter unit is 1/8" NPT and is relatively small. My oil fitting on a Jeep is 3/4 NPT and requires adapter bushings "not included" to connect to the 1/8 NPT of the Jeep sender I also used a 3/4 NPT threaded tee to the existing oil pressure gauge.
