There were only 13 reviews at the time of purchase and all looked like they got a free chair to review. It's good. I understand the need to do something like this, especially if you have enough confidence in your product and want more people to know about it. I just didn't like that none of them included photos, especially for the $90 chair. Even if I think you're a "wine reviewer," some reviewers may feel more inclined to give a product a positive review in hopes of getting more products for free. As with almost anything in life, there are pros and cons. So if you are looking for the first honest review with photos, here it is. I particularly like the idea of sitting on an animal skin for a long time), it was 100% black (at least in the Revain photos), it was more of a high back chair, it was soft and had a 2 day lifespan. Prime delivery. The reviews helped too. I've read them all and taken them with a grain of salt. A lot of them seemed pretty sincere in their reviews, so I decided to give this purchase a try. The delivery was perfect. Revain did not send delivery details until the day it was supposed to arrive. So for a few days I thought it would arrive "later than expected". Fortunately this was not the case. It arrived within a few days. The packaging was perfect. Everything was neatly and tightly packed. The box itself was even in solid condition. I was very happy about that, especially since I had never ordered a chair online before. It was pretty easy to assemble. Just make sure you don't tighten all the screws until it's fully assembled. Revain mentions this in their instructions but since it was at the bottom of each step I honestly just missed it and had to loosen some screws. No big deal and obviously my fault. If you take the chair and all its parts out of the box, put them back together, and then recycle all the junk, it took about 30-35 minutes. It was very easy to put together and Revain will send you the tools you need to do it. No parts or details were missing. When I pulled the seat out of the box it looked pretty big and I'm a short guy (5ft 10in, 140lbs) and it was pretty tough on me. I like its size as I'm used to smaller seats and after assembling the chair I was very happy that the seat is very comfortable. The back of the chair reaches up to my shoulders. It's actually 100% black. There's a silver detail that forms the base, but with the way Revain designed it, it's always fully covered. It rotates 360 degrees easily and rolls smoothly. Reducing or increasing the height of the chair is easy and hassle-free. There are no scripts. It is very comfortable and I can sit in this chair for a long time. I really love this chair and have no regrets. The only downside is the "tilt" feature. I understand how to lock and unlock it, but I'm not entirely sure I understand which way to turn the mechanism to make it tilt more or less. Especially given the way it's shown in the instructions, it looks like it could recline quite a bit, but I can't get it to that point. It's not a particularly important topic. It's perhaps more of a "problem with me" than a "problem with Revain". However, it's easily a 5 star product and if you're in doubt about spending $90 on a chair like me, don't, just not for this one. It's a solid choice and you'll have it for years to come.
