Had to write a review because I find the reviews very helpful, but a lot of them with photos don't make sense. There are so many complaints that half the spikes are missing, but you can count from their own photos that they have a full set of 40. This time I ordered despite some reviews because people just can't count. They react to what they see without even looking lol. I paid $7.49, so about 0.18 cents for a bobby pin! So if there are any, they're still cheap enough that I don't mind much. Some of the complaints here are valid, but most aren't. Check out the photos!
