JUST READ THIS! in fittings

I came and edited this review because I did not give the seller an opportunity to rectify the situation prior to my review. That being said, I can tell you that Northbay products responded within 24 hours of writing and filed a warranty claim with the manufacturer to send me a new faucet. I hope the new one is of a higher quality than the previous one, but I still strongly recommend dealing with this seller (Northbay products) as they have nothing to do with making the product and took immediate steps to fix everything when i contacted them! (Although they didn't have a direct guarantee) Because of this, I've raised my rating from 1 star to 4 stars to reflect their fantastic customer service. Below is a description of the problem I had: I bought this faucet (along with 3 others) to replace the ones in my caravan (outdoor shower, bathroom shower, washbasin and kitchen sink). However, once installed, the faucet appeared to be working properly. Due to my working hours, I cannot use my caravan as often as I would like, but I take good care of it throughout the season. I have only used my trailer on 3 trips since installing the faucet (July 4th is the 3rd trip). Leaks all over the handle. You're probably thinking that it's the gasket where it connects to the hose at the base of the handle, or maybe the rubber gasket inside the head that allows you to switch from constant spray mode to "shower" spray mode. Well me too. After checking these two seals, I've found that they're somewhere in the hand itself? I have no way of taking it apart to check and/or repair. I am not necessarily recommending this particular product BUT I highly recommend finding and doing business with an alternative product from this seller.

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Almost everything ok
