Don't waste money!

My first review so you can see how much I dislike this product. Very low water consumption. Don't waste money. Don't pull on the sink either. Rocks back and forth no matter how tight the right and left sink connections are. Cheap plastic. I could kick myself for not returning it. I kept it for six months because it fit in the sink and shower. Replace with another brass faucet and securely fastened. This part is going in the trash because I can't return it.

Pros
  • Nice to use
Cons
  • boring packaging

It's made for an RV so it's made out of plastic to be light weight.

Fits directly onto our 2011 Forest River flagpole. We had a problem with an old "skyscraper" where water was spurting out of the sink all over the place. This one doesn't. So far, so good. The only downside is that the weight that should pull the atomizer down is on the bottom of our case, so it doesn't work properly. I can live with that, the only way to fix it is to make the hose shorter. I uploaded a few pictures as none of these were actually installed in the RV as intended.

Pros
  • Great fit for me
Cons
  • Available in black only

Stalk leaks water when shut off - gravity backflow

Purchased February 2018. Very little used. It's December 2018 and I've finally found a source of moisture under the sink and on the RV counter. The design seems flawed, it has a one-way shim system where the nozzle is connected to the wand. My guess is that this is to prevent backflow from the wand being higher than the body of the device and cannot prevent the water from flowing back into the base of the wand, back into the wand holder and then seeping under the sink. For the $60 I paid this…

Make sure there is room for the hose and weight.

The pull out function allows for a better flush with a lot less water, which is important in a motorhome, especially if you do a lot of cross-country travel. RVs don't always have a lot of space, so it's important to ensure there is room under the faucet area for the hose and the weight attached to it, as the weight will pull the hose back and hold the faucet head in place. Also make sure the mount is compatible. I went from one hole to two holes but the RV already had all the holes I needed…

Attention buyers - interior

I'm not quite sure what's going on with this faucet. I received it last fall (2020) to install in our camper. The faucet seemed solid enough, but not solid at all. It's plastic, after all, so I kinda expected it. The installation went smoothly, everything went as it should. Then I turned it on. Water gushed from the tap. Not my connections, no sir, inside the faucet body at the base. I could watch it pour out of the center hole into our area under the sink. I deleted it, sent it back and got a…

JUST READ THIS! in fittings

I came and edited this review because I did not give the seller an opportunity to rectify the situation prior to my review. That being said, I can tell you that Northbay products responded within 24 hours of writing and filed a warranty claim with the manufacturer to send me a new faucet. I hope the new one is of a higher quality than the previous one, but I still strongly recommend dealing with this seller (Northbay products) as they have nothing to do with making the product and took…

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Almost everything ok
