I've pinned that I have really high hopes for these headphones. I heard good reviews about them and they were on sale so I decided to buy them. Unfortunately, due to design flaws and volume issues, I had no choice but to return them for a refund. Sennheiser has chosen to place the headphone controls on the outside of the right earcup. So if you accidentally touch or adjust the headphones, you will most likely increase/decrease the volume or hit the stop button for what you are playing. It looks like they did this to make it easier to access, but it really was just a bad design concept as there was no way to disable any of these features so you had to remember not to accidentally swipe the outside of the right one touching side. Headphones. Another problem with these headphones was that the sound adjusted itself. I connected it to the computer and suddenly the volume meter appeared on the screen and the value increased or decreased without my doing. Third, the volume of these headphones was very low. This seems to be a known issue as I have checked several online message boards and other people have mentioned this issue as well. The headphone volume worked regardless of the volume on the device I was listening to, which made no sense. When they were connected to my computer, when the volume was low, I had to crank the headphones to maximum volume, which didn't do them any good over time, and then I had to adjust the volume. on the computer. It wasn't very intuitive. In the end, I decided it was just a design flaw in my particular headphone, but the left earbud was somehow rubbing against the plastic headgear. When this happened it made a clicking noise in my left ear. In fact, every time I moved my head or ate, it also made me chew, but the clicking kept repeating over and over. This rendered these headphones unusable. On the good side, the noise-cancelling properties of these headphones were excellent. These really were some of the best headphones I've ever worn in that regard. They also paired seamlessly with Bluetooth devices with no disconnection issues, although it was sometimes difficult to switch between the two when connected to two devices, which these headphones were capable of without having to reconnect the headphones. pairing mode first.
