Terrible product! - Ring nuts and accessories

These lug nuts have been on my truck for 5 months now. I had a flat tyre, I tried to change the tire and the "key" broke. I searched all the parts and tire stores in 1 hour. Nobody had a key so I had to tow my truck and cut the nuts off! I am emailing the company to see if I can get another key and the keys are sold out and I don't know when they will have new ones. They want me to buy another set and give me $5 off! $125 tow bill, $200 mechanic bill, $500 flat tire and they want me to buy more of that junk product! I do not think so! Now I just have to figure out how to remove the other 24 nuts. Please don't waste your money on this product or this horrible company.
