Good: --- This works as advertised and can be repurposed for use with other things you can use the strap for, but I use it for my phone. I leave it fully pulled down (adjustable length) and hang it around my neck when my hands are full, when I'm getting out of the car with groceries or whatever. If this sounds useful to you, then this is a must. The view is not very good: —. Yes, you can charge your phone with it. I have an iPhone XR. The charger connects to the port, but when you try to insert the connector into the charger, it feels a bit tight. I am concerned that with constant use it could damage my charging port OR the pressure used to install it could damage the thin part of the strap that sticks out and breaks at the wrong time. I haven't owned it long enough for either of those things to happen, but I'm keeping an eye on it. All in all a good buy and I will buy again until it breaks like I feared.
