Review on Kumho Ecsta PS31 195/50 R15 82V summer by Micha Banasiewicz ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

The best thing for the money, I'm glad I chose this option.

2 seasons on Ford Kuga 2022 1.6 4x4. Kumho ECSTA PS31 235/55 R17 103W (12.0kg bottle), pressure 2.4bar all. At 190 km / h in the summer I liked it after the regular Hankook DynaPro HP. In the city (up to 120 km / h) they allow you to do any trick. Dry asphalt no complaints. In the wet, that would blow the car 1.7t need to try very hard. Large puddles, small puddles - no hydroplaning observed. In the off-season, I drove up to + 1C, worse than in the heat, but for city speeds (up to 100) it is not essential. Of course, you need to take into account the excellent quality of control of the Ford Kuga 4x4.

Pros
  • Overclocking Controllability. Braking. Disc breaker. There was one puncture with a self-tapping screw, it was repaired with high quality (photo 4), it does not let through.
Cons
  • Stones get stuck in the tread and large ones are audible.

Has some pros: Relatively cheap and excellent noise performance. Cons: Haven't finished the season yet. It's hard to say, but the soft sidewall scares me.
