***Update*** I got a new replacement flashlight and it is much better! The power connector doesn't let the cable through and the LCD screen is in place and where it should be! After overcoming the communication barrier, the following emails proved productive. Freshly unpacked and tested, everything will be another update once I use it more. Kudos for helping a customer. The LCD screen is crooked and I cannot see part of it. I try to contact the seller and I don't understand anything at all. I don't know what to do now as there is definitely a connection issue. Also, the power supply keeps falling out of the connector on the back of the flashlight. There is no tension at all. Probably wouldn't recommend this product if they shipped like this.
