I got two of these as a safer alternative to lit candles. I specifically selected this item for its auto shut off feature. I had a more expensive drink warmer that said it would turn off automatically, but it only turned off when you lifted the mug/candle. I needed with a timer; This. Other reviewers said they had trouble starting up after the automatic shutdown, but I was fine. After it turns off, just flip the switch twice and it turns back on. I was concerned that this might be an issue, but I'm glad it wasn't. I used it for my Bath & Body Works 3 wick candles. I love that this candle warmer is perfect for her. This is a great compact size. They were packed very well. Each candle warmer came in a plastic mold in a bubble wrapped box. I was pleased with how well they work. My candles last a lot longer than they burn and they smell nice. I haven't set them to confirm the auto off time, but they turn off automatically. I think they're pretty perfect!
