I love it! I have both adult acne and follicular keratosis, which is why I have to fight endlessly for smooth skin. These long loofah towels are great for all areas of the back. I've found that a great way to use them is to rub soap on skin first and then towel dry. The towel foams very quickly and can also be rinsed out very quickly. When I'm done I wring it out and shake it out, and when I get out of the shower it's barely damp. I appreciate these towels because they are washable and exfoliate better than a regular washcloth. As for my acne and follicular keratosis, I noticed a reduction after a week and a half of use. Very satisfied!
