Insanely bright. Mandatory for safety reasons.

I park on the street and have had so many close calls at night when passing cars can't see the door light when it's open. After installing them (which only took a few minutes), my doors are so bright that you can see them from a block or two away at night when you open them. The visibility has made it much safer when I get out of the car or put the kids in the car seat or put it down at night without worrying about being hit.
