I've been looking for collars for a long time because our girl is EXPLODING in size. 1. I must have measured wrong and got XL but she really needed L. The return and replacement was as quick as possible and I have to say I'm impressed with the quality! I bought a female choker, the jewelry fell off after a month, the large press began to fall apart. This collar is strong, thick, well made and the spikes feel like steel and pierce. I'm not sure if it's either vegan leather or plethora, but honestly it doesn't matter. Pheonix seems to like it and it's not too tight for her and my comfort and a great price too! 😍❤🐕
