Review on Eight Wire by Gary Duncan

The 8Wire platform is an excellent way to centralise, control, track and archive all your business applications across multiple locations and devices in one place. With 8Wire we have been able to create a single view of our customer journey that can be accessed from any device or location. It has helped us improve operational efficiencies as well as providing better insight for future planning purposes. There are some areas where it could do with being more intuitive such as creating new fields easily but these are pretty minor niggles compared to how easy this software makes life! We use 8Wire for Salesforce automation which has reduced admin time by hours per week. We also use it internally for tracking our own field trips and activities around the office.
