The customer support is excellent! They are always willing answer questions or help with any issues we may have during our trial period, which was very helpful in deciding whether ontology fit us well enough for continued use of their product after going live (we were using them as an SEO tool). I would love if they had more detailed reports that could be used by other members within my organization; however this isn't much different than what you get from Google Analytics when it comes down reporting specifics about specific keywords/pages etc., but not nearly so easy-to read without additional tools like Tableau / Excel where all those numbers can easily make sense visually rather then just numerically listed out below one another.
