Terrible looking peasant dress

This dress arrived and I was so happy that my daughter would wear it for photos! Well it arrived and I immediately realized that this is not the right fabric, instead of a muted pattern it is full of bright pinks, greens and the pattern is sewn unevenly. Then I noticed that the bottom hem isn't uneven, it's straight. I ordered a size 5-6 for a child who wears a 6-7 and it looked like a plastic bag on her just very baggy and undefined waist as shown in the photos. The sewn edges were dirty, threads were hanging out. Just don't order this dress, it looks like a peasant dress.

Pros

Well made and tailored, hard wearing, nice stitching, polyester and cotton fabric. It is soft to the touch, comfortable to wear, does not irritate girls' delicate skin, and protects girls' skin because it is breathable. and healthy, it does not distort, does not fade
