Universal! Great fit. Love it!
I have ordered a black hat to wear to my outdoor wedding reception next month and I love it. I wanted something I could wear multiple times, not just one day. It fits well. I attached small velcro straps to the hat under each side of the bow and then attached velcro straps to the ends of the burgundy ribbon. This allows me to add a pop of color and replace the ribbons. And because the velcro is hidden under the bow, I can wear it without ties.
