Review on Prois by Chad Blanchet

As an experienced user, I was let down by the Prois web store. Their shoes are stylish and well-made, but the internet shopping process leaves much to be desired. The website is sluggish to load and is poorly organized. Finding what you need is difficult, and the descriptions of products leave much to be desired. There are a lot of pages and papers to fill out during checkout, which might be annoying. The website timed out multiple times, forcing me to start the procedure over. The shoes were damaged during shipping and were not in good shape upon arrival. There were scuff marks on the shoes, and the box had been crushed. After several days of trying to get in touch with customer service, I received no response to my concerns. When I did hear back from them, it wasn't really satisfying or helpful. Although Prois may make decent footwear in general, their web store is severely lacking. As an experienced user, I recommend finding an other solution until these problems are fixed.
