Easy to use, well documented and designed interface which makes it user friendly. The customer support is also very good so far! I do not dislike anything as yet. 1. It would be great if the option to change employee profile picture was available2. It will be better if they provide more templates with their products3. Some features need improvement4. A way or keeping an auto backup should always be maintained5. It's too costly compared to others as well. There are plenty other payroll solution out there in the market so this one can't compete against them easily. This tool helps us manage our employees. We were able to keep track of their absence patterns along with some customized reports. I like that it is very easy to use. It's simple, but also gives you all the information you need in one place. The interface can sometimes be hard to navigate if you are not used to using it. It has made our admin side of things much easier! We have been able to streamline the process of taking time off with employees and helping them understand their annual leave entitlements.
