Works but leaks adjustment screws
It does what it's supposed to do and I haven't found an alternative. Put PFTE tape on the threads and there will be no leaks. However, it does leak around the adjusting screws, so the pressure at the end of the hose can be reduced by the pressure gauge in front of that valve.
