I bought a Garmin Venu that was 'upgraded' to replace the Fitbit Charge 2. It has a lot more bells and whistles than the Charge 2 and was far better at detecting my workouts. However, the Pulse Ox was consistently inaccurate (by 7-9 points) and the sleep tracking software (Garmin Connect) was buggy (it kept deleting deep sleep minutes (ranging from 1 hour to several minutes)). It's a great looking device and initially I was happy with it until I lived with it for a few days and found it buggy. I couldn't justify paying $187 for a watch that couldn't do any more than my old Fitbit. I saw a lot of potential in the Garmin software but am now quite skeptical overall and can just stick with Fitbit.
