Yambay had a lot of features, and many of them were very helpful. I enjoyed the fact that the system was very customizable. I also appreciated the customer service, the people that were able to help me and guide me through the software. My biggest problem was that Yambay did not provide a trial. This was very disappointing, because I liked the benefits of training and having a system in place, but I felt like I had to make a commitment before I knew how it would work for me. It was a great program, but there were times where I was looking forward to training, and realized that you had to be able to pay for the software. I did not have any problems with Yambay. I used their program to track field service technicians on a daily basis. It was very helpful to have real time information so that I was able to provide the best service to my customers. I like that this allows us to stay organized, with all our documents in one place! Not sure if we can add more fields or not? Would be great too have an option so you could attach photos/documents directly from your file system as well instead just using dropbox (or other cloud storage). This has really helped me organize my business cards since they are stored digitally now vs having them stapled together at home which was cumbersome when trying do it by hand!!
