I'm disappointed with my purchase, products are no good.

I placed an order with AmazonE.
They will not repair headphones despite clear evidence that they are broken; in fact, they did not even provide this replacement option. They attribute the issue to the user's device by drawing a comparison to the fact that the earphones function normally when used with an iPhone, despite the fact that the issue is obviously not with the device itself but rather with the connection that exists between the left and right headphones.
The headphones fail to fulfill their purpose because they cannot be used when it was intended for them to be used, such as when participating in sports on the street or moving around the city.
I would suggest giving it some thought before making a purchase. In the event that there are issues, you are going to remain with her.
