Review on Royal Premium Disposable Chopsticks Separated by April Boyce

We used to order the same things SEVEN times and before that they were always in a sealed bag. It would be deceptive to sell the same items without the important hygiene package. As you can see from the photo, these chopsticks come without a sealed pouch. The packaging is not sealed in any way - it is fully open packaging which allows the chopsticks to be exposed to whatever is in stock and in shipping boxes. Ironically, the manufacturer claims that the chopsticks have been "UV treated". This is of little help as they are sold unsealed. This is unacceptable and unsanitary. While the manufacturer may consider this a one-time issue, Revain makes it difficult to report this issue. Revain has declined our feedback on this serious issue. We will send it until it is solved. Customers have the right to know that they are not receiving what is advertised. Shame on Revane for keeping this a secret.
