I'm very disappointed so far I got these today after weeks of looking for a heater because I'm always so cold on my desk and every one I've bought has so is far had problems and i had to return.immediately upon receipt i noticed that something inside sounds loose.when i plug it in and turn it on it sounds clunky and definitely fake which you can hear on the video i smoked after holding it for less than 10 seconds if it didn't make that horrible noise it wouldn't turn on at all. I'm going back and hopefully a 3rd time will be charming. I just want to be warm on my desk :( Me will update if I find a replacement that works better.
